Marius,
Thanks for the comment.
(1) I have read "The Blind Watchmaker".
(2) To talk about fundamentalism, we would need a definition of what the word means. I think most people who identify as "fundamentalists" have an attitude to the Bible which makes it impossible to consider the world having existed more than a few thousand years. As you can see, I am not one of them. It is they whom I am mainly criticising.
(3) Many people who are skeptical about evolution are illogical, in my opinion, because they have been duped by the other side, the eco-fans (eg Prof Dawkins), into believing that any concession towards a belief in evolution has to involve denying God. They think the same way as whoever dreamed up the graphic placed at the end of the post. And I am telling such people to "think a bit harder" -- as per the title when you move the cursor onto it.
I hope I have made myself clearer this time.

One assumes that, like most fundamentalists, you haven't bothered to read any of Dawkins' work, and you are just parrotting others' thoughts and musings.
Just to eliminate a standard creationist reply to this question: Yes, I have read the Bible.
"The average evolution-skeptic probably doesn’t know that his/her thoughts are illogical"
How so? By what process did you arrive at this conclusion?
